Founded in 2021 during the global pandemic, GHA owners became aware of the volume of people who were losing their property because of the pandemic. Then to their surprise, they learn that some real estate companies saw this as an opportunity to take advantage of a desperate situation.

Having some experience with commercial development and community development programs we came together to form GHA. With the idea of using the community development approach to consumer housing. 

 

Operating like a non-profit to level the playing field for homeowners, our owners leveraged their own capital to provide support for soon-to-be displaced homeowners and those families looking to own a home but don't meet all of the lending criteria.
